Paris Police Association Scholarship
This $500 scholarship will be awarded to a graduating senior from any Edgar County high school planning to further their education in criminal justice or law enforcement, with the hopes that the winner will return to the East Central Illinois area once their studies have been completed.

VFW Post 3601 Veterans Scholarship
This scholarship will be awarded to a high school senior or postgraduate from any Edgar County high school who is furthering their education in an accredited tech school, trade school, junior college, or 4-year university. The amount of this scholarship varies, with $1,250 being the maximum amount awarded to a recipient. Applicants MUST have a relative who is or was a member of the VFW Post 360/Auxiliary in Paris, IL. Past winners may reapply.

This $1,000 scholarship will be awarded to a high school senior from Paris High School who was an active member of the Paris, Illinois FFA Chapter. This student plans to further his/her education in an accredited tech school, trade school, junior college, or 4-year university.

Brian Evans Cooper and Family Scholarship
This $1,000 scholarship will be awarded in memory of Brian Evans Cooper and the Cooper Family to a high school senior or a recent high school graduate of Paris High School who seeks to further their education at any recognized 4-year college or university. The successful applicant will have an educational focus in the areas of the sciences or engineering, history, or nutrition. Special consideration will be given to students with interests related to climate change or social justice. This scholarship is renewable for up to five years of continued higher education, including post-graduate work. Successful completion of each year of study and maintaining a major (or postgraduate focus) in a qualifying discipline is required for all payments to be distributed to the awardee.

This $4,800 scholarship will be awarded each year to a qualifying student who is a graduating senior of Paris High School and meets the established criteria. The $4,800 will be awarded in increments of $1,200 per year for four years provided the student remains in good standing at the selected institution of higher learning.
